By accessing or using Complyer ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

Complyer is a compliance automation platform that integrates with Slack to manage approval workflows. The Service allows organizations to create, track, and manage compliance requests through their Slack workspace.

3. User Accounts

Access to Complyer requires authentication through Slack. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Slack account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Complyer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours; we claim no ownership over content you submit through the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Complyer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data before termination. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
